Enhancements
Property value enhancements can be achieved several different ways; however, we focus on receiving possible zoning by-law changes and partnering with neighbours. X-Arch’s goal is to build value, leveraging different development strategies to increase the development appeal of your property.
No Up-front X-Arch Fees
We do not charge an up-front fee to retain our services. Any fees earned by X-Arch are payable at the end of the partnership and after the property owner achieves a superior property value return above a guaranteed value. Your risk is mitigated and superior returns are delivered.
During our process there may be up front diligence/feasibility study costs incurred; however, if the project moves forward, those costs are paid for by X-Arch and rolled into the overall project costs.

X-Arch ensures little disruption to your daily operations as we remove any friction by dealing directly with the development process. Any property value increases associated with improved market conditions, or any rents earned are yours to keep.
